Description:
– The Snellen Chart or Vision Testing Chart shows many rows of capital letters or any special signs from bigger to smaller
– The first line has one very large letter.
– Each row after that has increasing numbers of letters that are smaller in size.
– Patient has to stand 10/20 feet away from the Snellen chart, and try to read from it without glasses or contacts.
– He/she has to cover one eye and read out the possible smallest line of letters that can be seen.
– Then he/she has to cover the other eye and do it again.
– It’s wall hanging type chart.
– Both side has theme for test according to patient’s comfort.
